Sous Chef - Gastro Pub - £23k + Tips - Southampton


Situated in a lovely location on the outskirts of Southampton, close the River Hamble in Hampshire is looking for Sous Chef required. The extensive and imaginative menu is ever-changing, using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Owned by a large Pub Group in the South Coast so plenty of opportunities for progression and growth. As a Sous Chef you will be 5/7 Days - 80 covers - 45 hrs min - overtime paid hourly - Various Shifts - Part of a popular pub group.


Required Experience for Sous Chef

  • Previous experience within a similar role preferred but now essential.
  • Fresh Food experience
  • Health & Safety/Food Safety legislation's awareness.
  • Qualifications to an NVQ level 2 or city and guilds equivalent are preferred but not essential.



The Reward:
