Job title: Chef de Partie - Holiday Park

Location: Christchurch

Contract type: Permanent - Full Time

Salary: - £22k + Tips

Shifts:  5 days out of 7, 40hr week

A successful holiday leisure business which is part of a rapidly expanding group are looking for an AWESOME CHEF DE PARTIE.

 

Catering for families, groups and adult only weekends & providing accommodation, meals and a range of entertainment in the form of facilities and organised activities.

 

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, experienced and ambitious and will in turn be given the opportunity to grow and develop.  As a Chef de Partie you will be working 5 out of 7 Days doing a Minimum of 40 hours per week. Shifts will be straight and splits but mainly straights.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie:


  • Running a section within the kitchen
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene



What You Need To Be a Successful Chef de Partie:


  • Experience as a chef in a fresh food establishment
  • Willingness to learn and progress  Great communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • A great team member who can take this operation forward
  • Good attitude and willing to work (more important than experience, training is available)
