Sous Chef - Christchurch - £28,000k + Tips - 4 Star Hotel


The role:



Our client, a leading player in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their large brigade. The hotel restaurant boasts a superb choice of dishes served daily. This hotel is part of a large group of hotels with fantastic facilities and excellent career opportunities. As a Sous Chef you will be working 5/7 Days - 40 hrs per week - various shifts - straight



Your main responsibilities as Sous Chef will include:



"           Supervising in the running of a busy kitchen


"           Producing dishes to meet the required standard


"           Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene


"           Develop and train the chefs in the kitchen




What you need to get the job:




"           Experience at Sous Chef level in a similar establishment


"           Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 


"           Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress



The Reward:



"           Salary of £28,000k + share of tips + meals on duty + 5/7 days, various shifts + Tips around £3k

Eligibility:
