Sous Chef  - New Forest - £30k-£35K + Tips
 

The role:

 
Our client is a part of small independent group, it is a privately owned pub located in New Forest. This pub is a traditional country pub serving fresh home cooked food and real ales. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to effectively manage the running of the pub and the team. The successful candidate will work 5/7 Days various Shifts - great salary and progression.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Sous Chef:

  • Training other Chefs
  • Cooking food to a high standard
  • Maintaining health and safety and food hygiene
  • Ordering and stock control



What You Need To Be a Successful Sous Chef:

  • Experience working at Sous Chef/Jnr Sous Chef level
  • NVQ or City & Guilds in catering preferable
  • Experience working with fresh food
  • Be able to work to a high standard in a busy environment
