Sous Chef - £23,000-£25,000 - Independent Restaurant - Southampton

Role Overview:


A privately owned, family run fresh food Restaurant based in a beautiful historic town of Botley. Catering for daily services and private functions, always busy and well known for a quality dining.


Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Sous Chef (Botley):
 

  • Produce  and present  the dishes to meet the required standard
  • Assist with managing and maintaining the stock and storage
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality of food produced
  • Help with creating new recipes and assist with writing menus

 

What You Need To Be a Successful Sous Chef (Botley):
 

  • Experience at Sous Chef level or ready to take the next step
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Educated to the NVQ level or equivalent
  • Own transport desirable
