Junior Sous Chef - Southampton - £22,000 - £23,000 +Tips


My client is a stunning hotel in Southampton and they are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team.  The hotel caters for both leisure and corporate guests and is a popular venue for functions and events. The successful candidate will have hotel experience and will be responsible for running the hotel at night and ensuring the safety and well-being of guests.  The hours are 5/7 Days - Straight Shifts - 40-45 hrs p/w

 

What's Expected:

The successful Junior Sous Chef must be a team player who can communicate and work with people at all levels. You must also have a proven track record of cooking quality food and be motivated to push this hotel to the next level. The successful candidate will also need to be confident, self-motivated, driven, and be able to hit the ground running.
