A leading player in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced and hard working Junior Sous Chef to join brigade. The Hotel AA Rosette awarded Restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh dishes served daily, catering for functions throughout the year. Your main responsibilities as Junior Sous Chef will include (Southampton):

  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Develop and train junior chefs


What you need to get the job as Junior Sous Chef (Southampton):

  • Experience at Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef level in a similar establishment
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent is beneficial
  • Passionate about food
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
