Chef de Partie-Gastro Pub-Ferndown-£18K-£22K

Role Overview:

Our client is a great busy pub located in Ferndown. This pub offers a selection of dishes using 90% fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team. As a Chef de Partie you will work 5 out of 7 days per week on a various shift pattern.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef de Partie (Ferndown):

  • To work alongside the other chefs in the kitchen
  • To produce and present the dishes to meet the required standard
  • To assist with managing and maintaining the stock and storage
  • To assist in monitoring and maintaining quality of food produced

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef de Partie (Ferndown):

  • Experience at Chef de Partie level
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • Educated to the NVQ level or equivalent
