The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for independently owned Gastro Pub in small village outside Southampton. This venue is situated in a lovely location and operates a traditional British Menu with fresh produce supplied locally. They have full professional team in place and are looking for a determined experienced Senior Chef to lead the brigade.
Due to location own transport would be necessary or live in accommodation onsite is available for £60.00 per week.

Eligibility:

- Cost management
- Producing dishes to meet the required standards
- Constant development of dishes & menus
- Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
- Develop and train the other Chefs in your brigade
What you need to get the job as a Head Chef (Southampton):
- Experience at Sous Chef/Head Chef level in a similar establishment
- Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent
- Passionate about food
- Own transport due to location
