Role Overview:

Our client is a fabulous 4 star hotel situated in the beautiful village of Brokenhurst in The New Forest. Their 3 AA Rosette restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will work 5 out of 7 days per week on a various shift pattern.


Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef (Brockenhurst):
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard
  • Ensure food safety/health & hygiene
  • Supervise kitchen staff
  • Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service


What You Need To Be a Successful Junior Sous Chef (Brockenhurst):
  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
  • A willingness to learn and progress
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
