Blue Arrow are recruiting for a customer servicer advisor for a phone retailer in Loughton, Essex.

Our client are a leading provider in the telecommunication industry, who are looking for part time support with their store in Loughton, Essex.

As a customer service provider you will be responsible for the following;

  • Welcoming customers into the store
  • Supporting customer with face to face product queries
  • Supporting existing customer with queries regarding their contracts
  • Answering in house telephone
  • Stock control

A successful applicant will require the following;

  • Experience within the Telecommunication industry is desirable
  • Minimum experience within a customer focused environment
  • Strong communications styles
  • Understanding of mobile phone devices
  • Must work well with a team environment
  • Able to commute to Loughton, Essex

You will commit to a 32hr working week, across a 5-7 days rota.
