As a Hire Desk Controller the purpose of your role is to maximise revenue and profits predominantly through inbound and outbound calls to both existing / new customers. You will utilise the full product within our client's portfolio. The key duties of the role are;
- Maximise inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring the customer receives the best service possible. By interpreting and identifying the best solutions for the customers' requirements.
- Accurately capture all customer information at all points of contact.
- Manages all queries effectively bearing in mind cost at all times
- Develop and manages customer KPI's
- Ensure management reports are updates to ensure the business objectives are met to the agreed deadlines.
- Ensure all administrations are processed accurately.
- Ensure Compliance to legislation is met at all times.
- Experience of inbound customer service
- Inbound sales experience
- Can demonstrates a standard of selling / negation skills to maximise sales
- Experience is creating credible reports for senior management
- Ability prioritise and make decisive decisions
- Administration experience
