Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading logistics companies. This role is an immediate temporary start, with the potential to go permanent.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 7.5 hours per day (office hours start times to vary)
- Provide outstanding Customer Service ensuring all calls are closed within SLA
- Maintain existing customer relationships with regards to the processing of customer orders, query resolution and the timely delivery of services
- Managing and resolving customer complaints escalating to Operations Manager as required
- Providing customers with product and service information and researching information/services as needed
- Processing orders, forms, quotes and applications
- Ensure new services or changes to customer contracts are completed as per process
- Ensure customer & supplier information is kept up to date on the core systems
- Make courtesy calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Can do, passion and right first time approach is critical to the successful delivery of this role.
