Snr Chef de Partie/ Sous Chef

Monday to Friday - 7am - 3pm

40 hours

Egham, Surrey


2nd chef needed for a contract catering site based in Egham, Surrey. This is a great candidate, catering for roughly 200 - 300 covers with rare hospitality functions. The chefs will use fresh ingredients to produce high quality breakfasts and lunches. This is an office environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7am -3pm, 40 hours per week.

What you need to get the Chef role (Egham):
* Experience within a similar contract catering environment
* Passion about food, fresh food knowledge, keeping up to date with modern food trends
* Knowledge of dietary requirements and Allergens.
* Great man management
* Good organisational & communication skills
