Chef de partie - Michelin * Level Kitchen - Dorking


The Role:

Beautiful new restaurant opening in Dorking, looking for a quality chef de partie to work under a Michelin Starred chef. You'll work 4 days per week (Wednesday to Saturday) in a relaxed yet upmarket environment, catering for small covers using high quality, fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The location is fantastic for travel, based on the high street.

The Role of a Chef de Partie:

- Running a section within the kitchen
- Producing dishes to meet the required standard
- Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

What you need to get the job of a Chef de Partie:

- Experience at chef de partie level
- Rosette experience is desirable
- Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
