Chef - Monday to Friday - Term Time - £10 per hour (permanent)

Recruiting for an Independent Co-Educational School for Children aged from 2 - 18 years old located on the outskirt of Esher, Surrey. The role will be as a chef (chef de partie / demi Chef de Partie / experienced cook level)


Working alongside the staff members to provide lunch as well as food preparation for different on-site locations as well as functions as and when. Using all fresh ingredients to produce nutritious and well balanced homemade meals.


Preferably must dive or live close by!!!


Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with required standards
  • Ensuring the food is served in the right manner
  • Ensuring the quality and portion size of the food meets the correct standards
  • Stock control
  • To comply with relevant health and safety guidelines
  • Work on functions and hospitality up to 700 covers

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Creativity and keen interest in food and cooking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate will be advantageous


The Rewards:

Eligibility:
