Chef De Partie - Contract Catering - 35 hours - Circa £22k

Chef de Partie or Demi Chef looking to step up needed for a contract catering company in a garden centre in Esher. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a renowned contract catering company and progress as a chef, working 35 hours day times only, meaning you get a great work/life balance and the flexibility to choose whether you want to work more hours. There will be weekends involved.

You'll cater for around 450 using fresh, seasonal produce in this highly reputable leisure outlet. Shifts are 7am - 3pm/8.30am - 4.30pm/9am - 5pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie (Esher)

- To prepare and present food to meet the required standard
- To ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy
- Running a section within the kitchen


What You Need To Be a Successful Chef De Partie (Esher)

- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent or relevant kitchen experience
- Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Great communication skills and ability to work well within a team
