Chef de Partie - School - £12 per hour (permanent)

Permanent Chef de Partie needed for a school in Ascot. There are great travel links and a chance to work for a prestigious contract catering company!

You'll be catering for 200 students and teachers, using fresh ingredients. You must also have a basic knowledge of desserts, as you may be required to help our with the baking of scones, brownies, sponge cakes etc

The role is term time (41 weeks per year, you get all of the holidays off!) which suits someone who wants to have a better work/life balance. The company is huge so there are possibilities for overtime, or you can work through our temp agency in the holiday times if you wish.

Shifts are typically 0630 -1530/0900 - 1700/1100 - 1900, so there are no late evenings. It is a 7 day operation so there will be odd weekends, however the term time aspect and great hours really mean that your social life will be great working here.


Main duties and responsibilities Chef de Partie (Near Ascot):


-          Producing appetising dishes to meet the required standard
-          Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
-          Assist the Head Chef in the daily preparation of food
-          Seasonal menus

What you need to be successful in the Chef de Partie role (Near Ascot):

-          Experience at CDP Level, within a high standard environment.
-          Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent ideally 
-          Passionate about food
