Chef de Partie - Education Unit - Richmond, Surrey - £10.92 (46 weeks per year, with a chance for overtime in the summer)

Chef de Partie needed to work on an education site, based in a private school in Richmond, Surrey. This would be a great opportunity for a head chef looking to progress in a national contract catering company that has an emphasis on quality fresh food.

You'll be catering for the students, working 5/7 days, straight shifts, some weekend work is expected. Your contracted hours will be 40 per week, 46 weeks per year (having Christmas and some of the holidays off)

The site gives great benefits and an enjoyable working environment, with room for progression and development with menu's etc.  This is great for someone who's looking to get into contract catering, especially if you are from a hotel background and need to do less hours.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie (Richmond)

-         To prepare and present food to meet the required standard 
-         To ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy
-         Running a section within the kitchen

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef De Partie (Richmond)

-         Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent or relevant kitchen experience
-         Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen
-         Willingness to learn and progress
-         Great communication skills and ability to work well within a team
