Restaurant Manager - AA Rosette Country Pub Restaurant

Due to internal promotions within the group, we are looking to recruit and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our AA rosette standards Restaurant near Letchworth in North Hertfordshire.

We are a multi award winning dinning pub serving 100 covers in the restaurant as well as large garden area, which is packed daily throughout the spring and summer months.

We are ideally looking for a Restaurant Manager who already has Rosette experience or come from a good strong Gastro pub that can bring their experience and passion to our team.

The Pub is very busy, so the role of Restaurant Manager, is very customer focused, leading from the front with a great personality that can inspire and motivate the existing team. Good wine and beer knowledge would be an advantage.

You will already be an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a high-end dining restaurant and help lead the award winning restaurant.

We are known with the county and we are looking for exceptional people to join our team to continue along our journey.

We use the best local seasonal produce have amazing wines and our countryside village setting is the perfect place for a lazy Sunday lunch or a special occasion Dinner.

You will report into the General Manager and assistant General Manager and help support and develop a passionate and established steam. However you main focus and responsibilities will include working closely with the Head Chef, delivery excellent

  • Passionate, motivated and hands on

  • Great food Knowledge and a love of quality wines, champagne and craft beer

  • Financial understanding, stock taking and P&L understanding

  • Friendly and approachable personality! Must love training and developing your team!

  • Excellent service standards and understanding of premium dining and full table service

  • Comfortable writing and developing menus

  • Great personal management and prioritising skills

    In return we can offer an attractive salary up to £27,000 plus tips and there is the possibility of live if needed.
