-Provide a friendly and professional to all customers over the phone, presenting a positive impression of yourself and the Company
-respond to a wide range of enquiries from customers
-Provide information on a number of products and services
-Manage head office enquiries
-ensure incoming telephone calls are answered promptly in a professional manner
-Manage and Protect customer information in accordance with relevant legislation
- work to strict KPI's such as call handling times customer satisfaction surveys and ongoing quality checks
-operate as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the department
-Update customer files to reflect correspondence in an accurately and timely manner
-Liaising with couriers to ensure timely deliveries and dealing with any delivery issues
