Our Client offers a great food selection including a children's menu and is served from 12pm to 9pm. You will find all your usual drinks and spirits including local real ales, Gin bar and the odd freshly ground coffee or two.

All the food is home cooked, locally* sourced and seasonal.  A head Chef is looking to be recruited for this popular venue.  A bonus system is in operation for the successful candidate based on both personal and business performance.  You will work a 5/7 day week on a basis of working no more than 45 hours per week.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

             Running a smooth kitchen operation

             Developing menus

             Motivate your team to produce the best possible

             Drive the business forward


Candidate Requirements:

             Experience at Head Chef level

             Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 

             Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard

             Enthusiastic attitude to push business forward
