Chef De Partie




Full Time Position


Salary: Up to £22,000 P/A


You will be working mainly on a straight shift basis


You will be working 5 out of 7 days with weekends to be included in your working shift pattern.  The benefit of this role is you will normally be finished no later than 9pm most evenings.

We have an excellent Chef role within a reputable leisure facility within easy commutable distance of Exeter city centre via rail or bus.  We cater for many different kinds of banqueting events as well as producing high end food in our restaurant associated with the site.   


You will be required to run section within the kitchen producing dishes to meet the required standard that our site expects.  Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene are of the highest standard as well as supervising the commis chefs in the kitchen.  Experience at Chef de Partie/Commis Chef level is something that we will expect.  Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 or Equivalent is preferred by the applicant as well as an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level.
