3 Demi Chef de parties are sought to work aboard a luxury 4* water borne Hotel. Excellent pay of 22k per annum, working 40 hours a week 5 days over 7. This is an unmissable opportunity to work at a unique location for a leading contract caterer at a unique and prestigious venue. A minimum of 1 years' experience at a fine dining establishment is essential for all applicants

Key Duties:
  • To ensure that all mise en place is always freshly prepared and on time
  • To ensure that all dishes are prepared to the correct recipe and the correct quantity
  • To ensure that his/her section is being kept clean and tidy at all times
  • To ensure the cleaning schedule is adhered to and tasks are delegated appropriately
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of full menu
  • To ensure junior chefs and trainees receive correct training and guidance.
