Sous Chef - Seaside Hotel £28K- Burton Bradstock

 

The Role:

 

A fine restaurant, proper bar and eight luxurious fully serviced bedrooms all with a

view of the sea. Open all year round this seaside boarding house is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.

 

 

Your main responsibilities as Sous Chef (Burton Bradstock) will include:


  • Assisting the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard
  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
  • Working and mentoring the junior Chefs in the Kitchen

 

What you need to be a successful Sous Chef (Burton Bradstock):


  • Experience at Chef de Partie level or above
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
