Role Overview:

Commis Chef required for a Boutique Georgian Hotel ideally situated in the heart of Christchurch. Having been awarded a prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years, the restaurant in this hotel prides itself on offering great local food at great value.

  
Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Commis Chef (Christchurch):

•             Assist with food preparation and service

•             Assist with managing and maintaining the stock and storage

•             Learn and practise cooking and developing new dishes

  
What You Need To Be a Successful Commis Chef (Christchurch):

•             Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

•             Educated to the NVQ level or equivalent is beneficial
