Senior Chef de Partie- Boutique Hotel - Brockenhurst - £24k

Role Overview:

Senior Chef de Partie required for a Country House Hotel ideally situated in the beautiful Brockenhurst area. The Hotel boasts a Rosette restaurant, covering weddings and functions throughout the year. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard. This company offers fantastic facilities and excellent career opportunities to progress.  They are currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie to join their team.  As a Senior Chef de Partie you will work 5/7 days, 48hour week,


Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Senior Chef de Partie

  • To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards

  • To comply with the hotel's health and safety and food safety legislations

  • To supervise and motivate the team when required

  • To monitor portion control, fresh food and dry store orders


What You Need To Be a Successful Senior Chef de Partie

  • NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications are required
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role
