Chef - Food Led Pub - £18,000 + Tips - Poole

The Role:

A Chef de Partie is required for an excellent food led pub in Poole.  They serve fresh, locally sourced food and they have several guest rooms.  The pub is part of a group so there are a lot of training and career progression opportunities. As Chef de Partie, you will report directly to the Head Chef and assist with running a section in the kitchen.  The successful candidate will work a minimum of 40 hours a week, 5/7 days, and usually straight shifts.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef


  • To produce and present the dishes to meet the required standard.
  • To assist senior chefs in the running of the kitchen.
  • Follow all health & hygiene procedures

 

 

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef


  • An all-rounder in all sections
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to high volume
  • A creative flair with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
