Sous Chef - £25,000 - 3*Hotel - Ringwood

Role Overview:

Our client is a luxury hotel ideally situated on the outskirts of Ringwood. The Hotel has a 1 AA Rosette restaurant, and covers a number of weddings and functions throughout the year. The hotel's restaurant offers a great selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard. They are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join their brigade. Own transport is essential due to location.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Sous Chef:
  • Producing dishes to meet the required standard

  • Maintain AA Rosette standards

  • Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

  • Supervising the other Chefs in the Kitchen

What You Need To Be a Successful Sous Chef:
  • Experience at Sous Chef level in a high-end establishment

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent

  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard

  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
