Sous Chef - Gastro Pub - New Milton - £28,000 + Tips

A Sous Chef is required for a lovely fresh food restaurant based in New Milton. They serve an excellent choice of freshly cooked meals in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant in part of a small, independent group so there are excellent opportunities to progress. The successful candidate will work 5 out of 7 days.


Sous Chef responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals

  • Deputise in the absence of the Head Chef

  • Oversee the smooth running of the kitchen

  • Train develop the team

  • Monitor/order stock



Sous Chef requirements:

  • Experience at Sous Chef level in a quality establishment

  • A willingness to learn and progress

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate the team
