We are looking for a candidate with Customer Service experience to manage a small team and provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the team. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

 Requirements

  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Maintain an orderly work flow according to priorities
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Experience working with SAP would be advantages 

Responsibilities


  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and archive documents
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Genuinely excited to help customers. Be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative and love to talk.
  • Are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
  • Able to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

This is temporary ongoing position to start ASAP, with a pay rate of 12.37 per hour. Working days are Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5pm with shorter hours on Fridays.
