Following continued growth through new client wins and acquisitions my client (who are the number one Business Process Outsourcing provider in the UK) are looking for 14 Case Handlers to work on an exciting project in Runcorn.

Although this is initially on a 12 month contract we would anticipate it being extended. Alternatively there are numerous other internal opportunities within the area with our client.

Working in a grown up, relaxed, but professional environment, set within an inbound contact centre, you will provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations wherever possible. You will be primarily dealing with insurance claims.

On top of an excellent basic salary of £18,000 per annum you will receive some excellent benefits (Subject to Terms & Conditions) including:

Working 37.5 hours per week between 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS!!!).

In order to be successful you'll need to have previous Call Handling/Telephone Customer Service experience (ideally within a Financial Services/Banking environment, but not essential). You'll also need a confident and customer focused telephone manner with excellent attention to detail.
