Are you Customer Service Professional looking to work for a market leading company who are in the Forbes Top 100 "The World's Most Innovative Companies"?

Following continued growth my client (who are the number one Business Process Outsourcing provider in the UK) are looking for Customer Service professionals to work on an exciting project as a Case Handler on behalf of a High Street Bank in Leeds on a permanent basis. 

The is a Permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have 2 shifts available, 07.00 to 15.00 or 15.00 to 23.00 (no weekends). You will be able to choose a shift that suits you.

We are looking for 20 people to start on either 12th or 26th April.

Working in a grown up, relaxed, but professional environment, you will have the opportunity to manage your own work load and plan your day accordingly. The role will involve investigating and analysing data in order to reach a conclusion on customers Insurance Claims. You will work on approximately 3 cases per day, making 3-4 calls per case in order gather further information.

You will be given award winning training and support in order for you to be successful and progress into more senior roles. Some Case Handlers we have previously placed are now working as Senior Case Handlers, Quality Checkers, and Team Managers. These positions come with a much greater salary along with the additional responsibility.

On top of an excellent basic salary of between £18,000 (AM shift) to £20,700 (PM shift) you will receive some excellent benefits (Subject to Terms & Conditions) including:

In order to be successful you'll need to have previous Customer Service experience or have worked in a customer/client focused role. No work experience is necessary, but would be advantageous. You'll also need meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
