Start New Year with a great new career... Blue Arrow is working in partnership with Vaillant Group Service to add talent to their customer service team.
We are offering competitive rates, temp to perm contracts withing 6 months and free parking. Rely on public transport? No need to worry as the call centre is conveniently located on public transport routes.
The role will involve taking inbound calls and booking engineers for repair or service. Some up selling and cross selling might be involved but will benefit you with performance bonus paid on a monthly basis.
Full training provided but previous telephony/ customer service experience is essential.
Main requirements are:
- Previously worked within a customer service focused call centre or similar telephone based role
- An attitude that is target driven both in performance and quality of service
- Quickly build up rapport with customers over the phone in difficult situations
- Excellent telephone manner in pressured environments
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL START at the beginning of January (Interviews are taking place on 20th December)
Pay rates are from £7.98 (training rate) to £8.37 (Standard rate) - £12.55 (O/T). Full time 42.75 hours per week.
Successful candidates must be available for shifts between 7.30am and 8pm. 1 in 5 working weekends.
