Would like to work flexible hours between 08.00 & 18.00, Monday to Friday?

Following continued growth through new client wins and acquisitions my client (who are the number one Business Process Outsourcing provider in the UK) are looking for a number of Complaints Quality Checkers within Banking and Financial Services to work in Glasgow.
The purpose of this role is to carry out a full review of the end to end processing of claims made against the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), to ensure consistent delivery of fair customer outcomes.  Also, to ensure all relevant policies and procedures have been adhered to, and any redress calculations are accurate. To provide feedback to colleagues on claims handling performance.

You will be given award winning training and support in order for you to be successful and progress. 

On top of an excellent basic salary of £28,000 to £23,000 (dependent on experience) you will receive some excellent benefits (Subject to Terms & Conditions) including:
• 23 days holiday (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays

Working 37.5 hours per week, between Monday to Friday between 08.00 & 18.00. You will be able to choose your working hours between these times.

In order to be successful you'll need to have at least 12 months experience dealing with complaints or working in the Banking or Financial services sector. You'll also need meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
