I am currently recruiting for various roles within a contact centre based in Cheltenham.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a UK leading provider of financial solutions on a temporary to permanent basis.

I am looking to speak with candidates with an administrative/customer service background.
The roles available are working across multiple departments such as:

- Complaints Handling
- Insurance Claims
- Customer Service

Good knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Word is desirable.

This is an excellent company to work for due to career progression and continuous training development.
Free parking & Canteen on site is available.

Easily accessible by public transport.

Hours of work: 9:00-17:30, Monday - Friday
Overtime is available at managers discretion
