We are looking for experienced administrators to join our complaints team, situated in the Cheltenham Area. You will be at the front line of delivering a high-quality experience to our customers and you will be the first point of contact for our customers over the email.

General tasks:

  • Log and acknowledge complaints within strict timescales
  • Complaint regulatory letters
  • Experience & Skills
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Ideally, experience in financial services
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Planning and organising skills
