Blue Arrow are looking to speak with Complaints Handlers to work on a temporary assignment.

Our client is based in Gloucestershire and are looking for experienced and non-experienced Complaints Handlers to join a fast-paced customer service department.

I am looking to speak with candidates who have previous experience in customer service and complaints handling. Financial experience would be an advantage.

Suitable candidates will be happy to work in a busy team and can work well under pressure.
Basic IT skills required, Good Telephone Manner and Excellent Customer Service Skills.

37.50 hours per week - Monday to Friday
£12.00 per hour
