Blue Arrow are looking to recruit 10 x Telephony Help Desk Advisors based in Edinburgh city Centre. This is a great role in kick starting your career within the highly sought after division of Corporate Banking which will progress into a perm role for the right candidate.  The role is Mon - Fri between 7.30 -6pm operating on a shift basis. The position offers an attractive rate of £10.02 per hour.

The job itself will involve:


  • Providing guidance to business customers on how to move from an old online portal on to a new one


  • Taking ownership of the call and seeing this to a close


  • Building rapport and making the customers feel values


  • Oversee the workflow of other colleagues, giving appropriate advice, guidance and direction to ensure work is completed in an efficient and timely manner


  • Where required verify and check the work of other colleagues



The ideal candidate will have the following skill base:


  • Strong Telephony experience (within any industry) is essential due to the nature of the role


  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills are required


  • Being confident and clear and concise on the calls
