Assistant Manager - Coastal Town Pub - up to £25k
Our client is a beautiful 17th century inn, set in a lovely countryside town, not far from Bognor Regis. They are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their senior management team to help the daily running of the Inn, and add their own personality stamp on the role with a lively and humorous attitude. You will be working up to 50 hours, 5/7 days per week.

- Assist and deputise for the General Manager/Owner
- Run shifts and be customer focused at all times
- Develop and train the team
- To help within the reception of the accommodation department
- Help with ideas to drive the business forward
- Deal with customer queries and complaints
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience at Supervisory or Assistant Manager level
- Ideally from a quality food led, pub environment
- Comfortable with back office systems/cashing up etc.
- Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
