Restaurant & Bar Leader-4* Hotel-Whitley-£20k-£22k

The role:

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant and Bar Leader to run this beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Southampton, in Whitley. You will work 5/7 days to include evenings and weekends and you will report directly to the restaurant manager and assist with the running of the fine dining rosette rated restaurant.

Restaurant & Bar Leader responsibilities:

  • Hands on Management of the restaurant

  • Assist in the smooth running of other F&B departments

  • Run shifts and be customer focused

  • Manage and train the team

  • Budgeting/forecasting

  • Handle customer queries and complaints

   Restaurant & Bar Leader requirements:

  • Experience as F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager in a quality hotel or restaurant

  • A strong leader with excellent communication skills

  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge

  • Sound financial acumen

  • Passionate about the hospitality industry 

The reward:

  • A salary of £20k-£22k
