Accommodation Supervisor - Leisure - £8 - £8.25p/h - Hayling Island

A Accommodation Supervisor is required for this holiday leisure business which is based in Hayling Island.  They cater for families and groups and provide accommodation, meals and a range of entertainment in the form of facilities and organised activities.  The successful applicant will work approximately 40+ hours a week with a mixture of shifts to include weekends.

Accommodation Supervisor responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the Reception/Guest
  • Provide exceptional face to face and telephone customer service
  • Drive new business and manage the day to day sales and reservations requirements
  • Provide strong and efficient administration, management and training skills
  • Identify and utilise potential sales opportunities
  • Being the first and all important first impression of the business and daily point of contact for guests and all departments

Accommodation Supervisor requirements:

  • Experience of working in a guest/customer facing managerial role within a similar or hotel environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Recognise the importance of guest satisfaction and feedback
  • Be smart, personable, reliable and enthusiastic
  • Possess exceptional customer rapport skills and excellent telephone manner
