Restaurant Manager - Evenings off! - Wimborne - £25k

A Restaurant Manager is required for this restaurant within a retail outlet in the Wimborne area. They offer a warm welcome to guests of all ages in their restaurant with family-friendly menus and delicious freshly-prepared food. They are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with the ability to manage and develop the team.  The successful candidate will work 5/7 days a week to include weekends, but the hours are during the daytime with all evenings off!

Main Duties and Responsibilities Restaurant Manager:

  • Hands on management of the restaurant
  • Develop and train the team
  • Help with ideas to drive the business forward
  • Ensure profitability of the restaurant and working to set budgets
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints

Candidate Requirements of the Restaurant Manager:

  • Experience at Assistant or Restaurant Manager level
  • Ideally from a branded restaurant background
  • An understanding of food and efficient service
  • Sound financial and commercial acumen
  • Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
