Do you have experience handling complaints within the Banking or Financial Services sector? You might be a Graduate looking to get into the sector. Would you like to work for a market leading FTSE 100 company who are also in the Forbes Top 100 "The World's Most Innovative Companies"?

Following continued growth through new client wins and acquisitions my client (who are the number one Business Process Outsourcing provider in the UK) are looking for a number of Complaints Managers within Banking and Financial Services to work in Manchester.

You will have full ownership of your own case load, investigating and reviewing regulated mortgage endowment complaints. Delivering a first class customer service you will accurately review the file, agree an outcome and where required, calculate accurate redress. You will then communicate effectively and professionally with the customer (both verbally and in writing) to ensure a positive outcome.

You will be given award winning training and support in order for you to be successful and progress. The start date for the role is 2nd January.

Working 37.5 hours per week, between Monday to Friday between 09.00 & 17.30.

In order to be successful you'll need to have at least 6 months experience dealing with complaints. You'll also need meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
