Would like to work flexible hours between 08.00 & 18.00, Monday to Friday?

Following continued growth through new client wins and acquisitions my client (who are the number one Business Process Outsourcing provider in the UK) are looking for a number of Case Handlers in Glasgow.

We have start date on 16th July.
The role will involve:

  • To investigate and assess customer claims
  • Review and evaluate all data associated with the case
  • Consider findings against policies, procedures and regulations of the client and the business
  • Review and ensure all aspects of the customer claim have been considered in arriving at point of decision making.
  • Reach a decision on each element of the case as well as an overall conclusion based on policy, procedures, regulation and the case handler's expert judgement
  • Compose a full customer response covering all aspects of the claim and providing a rationale for the outcome
  • If required, perform redress calculation using relevant support tools and in line with client and regulatory guidelines.

Working 37.5 hours per week, between Monday to Friday between 08.00 & 18.00. You will be able to choose your working hours between these times.

In order to be successful you'll need to have previous Telephone based Customer Service experience ideally in the Banking or Financial services sector (not essential). You'll also need meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
