Based in Royston, Hertfordshire this company are offering an excellent benefits package. With an salary of £25k, 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), 19.5% pension contribution, On site Gym, Free lunch and much more.

Key Responsibilities
- Management of all ESH systems
- Preparation of documentation for management team
- Carrying out periodic online training requirements
- Complete QA audits to agreed schedule
- QMS document management
- Maintaining and manging stock of office equipment
- Making room and service bookings
- Coordinating notice board updates
- Support Production Team Leader with Formatting/Storage/Printing of new starter materials
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Entering diary appointments and reporting on attendance numbers
- Attend and Deliver training and key communications
- Monthly MI reporting

 What we are looking for? 

- Strong communicator, both written and verbally and good level of English
- Knowledge of software; Excel, Ariba, Microsoft, SharePoint, Enablon, QMS, LMS, SAP would be useful.
- Experience with providing training to internal staff
- Ability to chair meetings 
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build strong strategic working relationships
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Able to travel to other site/facilities when required.
