The Chef De Partie / Sous Chef is required for a busy business located in basingstoke. They Offer an extensive menu using fresh, local produce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the team to prepare and cook meals to a high standard.

Recruitment checks
Previous chefing roles
6 month of employment referencing with no gaps
DBS check (optional but higher rates)
Food & Hygiene level 2 or higher

The Role of Chef De Partie
Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, as and when required
Ensure statutory Health and Safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas

Skills required
Ability to maintain high levels of hygiene within the workplace
Experience of food preparation
Ability to cater to various dietary requirements
