Blue Arrow is currently looking to recruit four Temporary Call Handler's based at Vaillant in Belper. The suitable candidate must be able to work 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday with the Potential of changing to shift pattern working hours, which could involve 4.5 hours on a Saturday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and take inbound telephone calls dealing efficiently with customer queries
- Manage inbound emails
- Support the Digital Sales team with any requirements
The successful candidate must be IT literate with the ability to record and report all customer interactions.Vaillant are looking for candidates who have an extensive knowledge in customer service, a good telephone manner and be able to interact and solve any customer queries efficiently and positively.
