To be a success, you'll need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, customer service focused and, above all, happy to pitch in and help others. If you've provided excellent customer service in a call center environment before, or have experience dealing with members of the public in a similar role, even better (though this is not essential). What is for certain is that you have great communication skills and love working as part of a team and building strong working relationships.
This contact center is based in Foleshill Coventry, working shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. You will be responding to enquiries and complaints. We are looking for someone with the ability to offer great customer service at the end of the phone.
There will be six weeks of classroom and on the floor training to ensure you are ready for when you go live on the phones.
