An Ambitious and driven Chef de Partie is sought to work at an iconic tourist attraction in Watford for a leading contract caterer. Paying up to 24K for the right chef, you will be working 5 days over 7, 48 hours a week, shift patterns 7-4.
Successful candidate will ideally have experience in function and event banqueting. This is an immediate start position.

Key Duties:

To understand and be aware at all times of food costs and percentages and understand how daily departmental costs influence profit and loss results.
To monitor stock movement, to ensure stock security.
To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
To work with the Sous Chef to ensure the mis en place is completed.
To report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef / Manager immediately.
To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
To be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.
To ensure that all relevant H&S and Food Hygiene qualifications are adhered to at all times.]#
